Strawberry Daiquiri
I love a frozen drink, but it’s hard to get a really good, not too sweet frozen drink when you’re out at a bar. They’re usually filled with all kinds of weird syrups and colors. These Strawberry Daiquiris are a far departure from those sickly sweet, icy drinks you might get on the deck of a budget cruise, and 0 store-bought mixers are required. You can even make your own simple syrup - just heat equal parts water and sugar in a sauce pan and keep in your fridge for any time you need!
Simple and customizable, these Daiquiris are basically just frozen strawberries, booze, simple syrup, and a lot of lime.
Ingredients:
6 cups frozen strawberries
8-10 oz of white rum (this is about ⅓ of the bottle)
1/2 cup simple syrup
The juice of 2 limes
1 cup ice
Mint to garnish
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender (except mint), and blend up til smooth. Add more ice as needed. Serve with some mint and drink outside for extreme happiness.
Make and enjoy (responsibly)! Tag me in IG @milanocooky so I can see your creation!
